Project Coordinator – Fit out Jobs in Dubai at Veloche Group
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and manage the preparation of technical and commercial proposals, tender submissions, and prequalification documents for interior fit-out projects.
- Review tender documents, drawings, specifications, and BOQs to identify project requirements and ensure accurate submissions.
- Support the sales team by providing technical guidance on project requirements, scope interpretation, costing inputs, and client requirements.
- Monitor daily activities of the sales team, ensuring timely follow-up on inquiries, proposals, and project opportunities.
- Liaise with clients, consultants, suppliers, subcontractors, and internal departments to obtain necessary technical and commercial information.
- Coordinate with design, estimation, procurement, and project teams to ensure smooth project handover from tender stage to execution.
- Maintain records of tenders, proposals, project documentation, and client communications.
- Prepare project trackers, tender status reports, and management updates.
- Attend client meetings, site visits, and coordination meetings when required, and prepare meeting minutes.
- Ensure compliance with company standards, client requirements, and project specifications throughout the tendering and coordination process.
Requirements:
- Minimum 3–5 years of experience in project coordination, tendering, estimation support, or sales coordination within the interior fit-out industry.
- Strong understanding of interior fit-out drawings, BOQs, specifications, materials, and construction processes.
- Experience in preparing and coordinating technical and commercial tender submissions.
- Ability to review project documentation and provide technical support to the sales team.
- Excellent organizational, communication, and multitasking skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications; knowledge of AutoCAD and project management tools is an advantage.
- Ability to work independently, manage multiple deadlines, and coordinate across departments.
Salary AED 5,000 – 7,000
