Key Responsibilities:
Monitor Premises: Patrol and monitor premises to prevent and detect signs of intrusion or disturbances.
Access Control: Ensure authorized personnel and visitors gain access while maintaining detailed logs of activities.
Incident Response: Respond promptly to alarms, investigate disturbances, and report suspicious activities to management or law enforcement.
Asset Protection: Safeguard company property and prevent theft, damage, or vandalism.
Surveillance Systems: Operate and maintain security equipment, including CCTV cameras, alarms, and other monitoring tools.
Emergency Handling: Act swiftly during emergencies, including fire, medical situations, or evacuations, adhering to company protocols.
Compliance: Enforce company policies and ensure adherence to local safety and security regulations.
Requirements:
Experience: Previous experience as a Security Guard or in a related role is preferred.
Education: High school diploma or equivalent; relevant security certifications are a plus.
Skills:
Strong observational and decision-making skills.
Basic proficiency in operating surveillance systems.
Effective communication and reporting abilities.
Physical Fitness: Must be physically fit to perform patrols and handle security challenges.
Attributes: Reliable, alert, and capable of working independently or as part of a team.
