Key Responsibilities

 Coordinate and monitor lighting projects from initiation through completion.

 Prepare project schedules, timelines, and progress reports.

 Liaise with clients, consultants, architects, contractors, and suppliers to ensure

smooth project execution.

 Track project deliverables, procurement status, material submissions, and approvals.

 Coordinate lighting product orders, deliveries, and installation schedules.

 Review project specifications, drawings, and technical documentation.

 Ensure compliance with project requirements, quality standards, and safety

regulations.

 Maintain accurate project records, documentation, and correspondence.

 Support site teams by coordinating logistics, resources, and project-related

communications.

 Attend project meetings and prepare meeting minutes and action trackers.
