Job Overview:
We are seeking a highly skilled Project Coordinator with 3–4 years of experience to join our team in Saudi Arabia. The ideal candidate will have a background in IT, Administration, or Project Management and possess the expertise to coordinate, monitor, and oversee all aspects of projects from initiation to completion. The Project Coordinator will work closely with internal teams, clients, and vendors to ensure the timely delivery of projects and achieve project objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
Project Planning & Execution:
Develop, maintain, and update detailed project plans, timelines, and schedules.
Collaborate with project managers and cross-functional teams to ensure project goals are clearly defined and achieved.
Track and manage project milestones, deliverables, and resources to meet deadlines and quality standards.
Stakeholder Communication:
Act as the primary point of contact for stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle.
Coordinate meetings, discussions, and project reviews with clients, vendors, and team members.
Prepare and present regular project updates and reports to senior management and stakeholders.
Risk & Issue Management:
Identify potential risks and project bottlenecks, and take proactive steps to mitigate them.
Monitor and resolve project-related issues as they arise, escalating when necessary.
Documentation & Reporting:
Maintain comprehensive project documentation, including plans, status reports, and change requests.
Ensure that all project documentation is updated and aligned with project goals and compliance standards.
Administrative Support:
Assist in resource allocation and scheduling for project tasks.
Organize and manage project meetings, including preparation of agendas and minutes.
Continuous Improvement:
Provide feedback and suggestions for process improvement to increase project efficiency.
Support the implementation of project management methodologies, tools, and best practices.
Qualifications:
Education:
Bachelor’s degree in IT, Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field.
Experience:
3–4 years of proven experience in project coordination, preferably in IT or Administration.
Experience with project management tools (e.g., Microsoft Project, JIRA, Asana, Trello).
Skills
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to manage stakeholders.
Ability to prioritize tasks, meet deadlines, and work in a fast-paced environment.
Familiarity with Agile and Waterfall project management methodologies.
Basic understanding of IT processes and systems (for IT-related roles).
Problem-solving and analytical skills to identify solutions to project challenges.
Certifications (Preferred but not required):

Project Management Professional (PMP) or Certified Associate in Project Management (CAPM).
Agile or Scrum certification is a plus.
