Project Coordinator
We are seeking a motivated and highly organized Project Coordinator to support project planning, coordination, stakeholder communication, and executive initiatives across multiple projects.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate activities across internal teams and external stakeholders.
- Track project schedules, action items, and deliverables.
- Prepare reports, presentations, and meeting summaries.
- Support project planning, documentation, and follow-up activities.
- Assist in organizing meetings, workshops, and strategic initiatives.
- Monitor progress and ensure alignment between teams.
- Contribute to process improvement and operational efficiency.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field.
- 1–4 years of relevant experience preferred.
- Excellent communication skills in both Arabic and English.
- Strong organizational and coordination abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.
- Interest in project development, strategy, and stakeholder management is highly desirable.
