About the Role

We are looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented Project Coordinator to support the successful delivery of multiple hospitality design projects. The successful candidate will work closely with Project Managers, designers, consultants, clients, and contractors to coordinate project activities, monitor progress, maintain documentation, and ensure projects are delivered efficiently and on schedule.

The ideal candidate is proactive, organized, capable of handling multiple priorities, and thrives in a fast-paced consultancy environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support Project Managers in planning, scheduling, and coordinating multiple projects.
  • Monitor project progress and follow up on outstanding deliverables and action items.
  • Coordinate with clients, architects, consultants, contractors, suppliers, and internal teams.
  • Organize project meetings, prepare agendas, record meeting minutes, and distribute action trackers.
  • Maintain project schedules, registers, correspondence, and documentation.
  • Prepare project reports, presentations, proposals, and progress updates.
  • Assist with document control, technical submissions, and project filing systems.
  • Monitor project timelines and ensure milestones are achieved.
  • Coordinate design deliverables between internal disciplines.
  • Assist in tracking project budgets, invoices, variations, and resource allocation.
  • Support tender submissions, proposal preparation, and project close-out documentation.
  • Ensure effective communication between all project stakeholders.
  • Perform additional project coordination and administrative duties as assigned.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum 2–5 years of experience in Project Coordination or Project Administration, preferably within a design consultancy, engineering, architecture, or construction environment.
  • Experience supporting multidisciplinary projects.
  • Excellent organizational, planning, and time management skills.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to prioritize multiple projects and meet tight deadlines.
  • Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving and coordination abilities.

Technical Skills

The successful candidate must have working knowledge of:

  • Autodesk Construction Cloud (ACC)
  • Autodesk Revit
  • AutoCAD
  • Microsoft Project
  • Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
  • Adobe Acrobat Pro
  • Canva (for presentations and visual communication)

Knowledge of document control systems and project management platforms is an advantage.

PMP Certification or other project management certifications are considered an advantage.

Language Requirements

  • Fluent English (written and spoken) – Mandatory
  • Fluent French (written and spoken) – Mandatory
  • Arabic is an advantage.

Pay: AED10,000.00 – AED15,000.00 per month
