* Coordinate daily on-site activities and ensure smooth communication between subcontractors and employees
* Apply strong knowledge of PPM (Planned Preventive Maintenance) processes to keep schedules on track
* Liaise directly with subcontractors on progress, issues, and site requirements
* Monitor and support quality control checks across ongoing site work
* Update the reporting head with site status on a daily basis
* Prepare and submit progress and activity reports on time, without delays
* Keep oversight of all details happening on site and flag issues to management promptly
* Support technical coordination across civil, mechanical, or electrical work scopes as required
