Converra Consulting & Services is a growing GCC-focused advisory firm specializing in PMO & PMC Advisory, Commercial Management, and Claims & Expert Services. We help contractors and developers protect value on complex projects.
We're looking for a Project Controls & Planning professional to own the schedule and cost picture that keeps our clients' projects defensible and on track.
Requirements:
- 8+ years in project controls or planning on construction, infrastructure, or EPC projects in the GCC
- Advanced Primavera P6: baseline development, progress updates, resource and cost loading, EVM reporting
- Hands-on experience with S-curves, cash flow forecasting, and monthly progress reporting
- Working knowledge of delay documentation and forensic schedule analysis (TIA/APAB familiarity a plus)
- Strong command of Excel and Power BI for dashboard and management reporting
- Degree in Engineering or Construction Management; PMP or PSP preferred
