Project Controls Manager – (DUBAI RTA EXP ONLY) Jobs in Dubai at China Civil Engineering Construction Corporation
CCECC is looking for an experienced Project Controls Manager with a strong Planning background for a major Dubai RTA infrastructure project involving roads, bridges, underpasses, utilities and associated civil works.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the overall planning, scheduling and project controls function.
- Develop, update and monitor Baseline and Recovery Programmes using Primavera P6.
- Monitor project progress against approved schedules and identify delays, critical activities and potential risks.
- Perform Critical Path, delay and schedule variance analysis.
- Prepare weekly/monthly progress reports, dashboards, S-curves and management reports.
- Coordinate closely with Project Manager, Construction Managers, commercial team, consultants and subcontractors.
- Monitor productivity, resource loading and construction progress.
- Prepare mitigation and acceleration plans when required.
- Support Extension of Time (EOT), claims and delay analysis with proper planning records.
- Ensure planning and reporting requirements comply with RTA and Consultant requirements.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering or related discipline.
- Minimum 12+ years of experience in Planning / Project Controls within major infrastructure projects.
- Strong hands-on experience in Primavera P6.
- Previous experience as Planning Manager / Project Controls Manager / Senior Planning Manager.
- Strong experience in roads, bridges, underpasses, tunnels and infrastructure projects.
- Dubai RTA project experience is highly preferred.
- Strong knowledge of baseline programmes, recovery schedules, critical path analysis, progress measurement and delay analysis.
- Good understanding of EOT/claims and contractual planning requirements.
- Excellent reporting, coordination and communication skills.
Candidates with strong Dubai infrastructure/RTA experience will be given preference.
Pay: AED35,000.00 – AED45,000.00 per month
