We are looking for an experienced Project Controls Lead to oversee project controls functions across major construction and infrastructure projects.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead project controls activities across major construction/infrastructure projects.
- Manage planning, scheduling, cost control, progress measurement, forecasting, and reporting.
- Review contractor programmes, progress updates, recovery plans, and schedule performance.
- Monitor critical path, key milestones, risks, delays, and overall project performance.
- Lead project controls teams and coordinate closely with Project Management, Commercial, and Engineering functions.
- Provide accurate project performance analysis and management reporting.
- Identify schedule and cost risks and drive corrective and recovery actions.
Requirements
- 10–15+ years of relevant project controls experience.
- Strong experience across large-scale construction/infrastructure projects.
- Strong Primavera P6 expertise is mandatory.
- Proven UAE/GCC PMC experience.
- Strong knowledge of planning, scheduling, cost control, forecasting, and progress measurement.
- Experience reviewing and challenging contractor programmes and recovery schedules.
- Ability to lead multidisciplinary project controls teams.
- PMP, PMI-SP, or AACE certification preferred.
