Project Control Coordinator (Maintenance Project Arabic Speaking)
Location: Doha, Qatar
Contract Duration: 6 Months
Language Requirement: English / Arabic (mandatory)

We are looking for a Project Control Coordinator to support the coordination and execution of a maintenance project involving advanced AV systems, IPTV platforms, broadcasting infrastructure, and LED screens. The ideal candidate will play a key role in ensuring smooth operations, quick issue resolution, and effective client communication.
Key Responsibilities:
Coordinate and monitor day-to-day maintenance activities across multiple AV and digital display systems
Act as the central point of communication between clients, technicians, and OEMs
Support routine inspections, preventive maintenance, and urgent fault rectification
Track service requests, generate reports, and ensure timely resolution of issues
Maintain detailed documentation of maintenance records and system status
Ensure service-level agreement (SLA) compliance and client satisfaction
Provide Arabic language support in client meetings and reporting
Requirements:
Experience in maintaining and coordinating AV, IPTV, broadcasting, or LED systems
Strong communication and coordination skills
Ability to manage technical service schedules and resources
Arabic language is mandatory
Background in engineering or technical services (degree or diploma)
Proficient in reporting tools and documentation practices
Immediate availability or short notice preferred
