Key Responsibilities:
• Onboard and support merchants joining the Durr platform.
• Communicate professionally with merchants in both Arabic and English.
• Assist merchants with business profiles, products and services.
• Follow up on merchant requests and operational issues.
• Coordinate with the project, development and operations teams.
• Review merchant information and maintain accurate listings.
• Collect merchant feedback and report issues and improvement opportunities.
