We are currently recruiting for a Project Management Analyst to join our team in Saudi Arabia. This role offers an excellent opportunity for professionals to be part of a truly international team working on one of Siemens Mobility’s major projects.
What are my responsibilities?
Support daily project planning, scheduling, and reporting activities.
Assist the document control team with documentation management.
Help prepare reports through data collection, validation, and updating periodic trackers.
Collaborate with experienced Project Managers and the function head to share progress updates regularly.
What do I need to qualify for this job?
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Data Analytics, Information Technology, or a related field.
Experience in infrastructure or supply chain projects.
Basic understanding of data privacy and security principles.
Strong analytical, technical, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills.
Proficiency in MS Office 365 and digital tools such as Power BI, VBA, Flow, Power Apps, etc.
Fluency in both written and spoken English.
