Role Overview
This role is built for a versatile, fast-learning individual who combines program design and execution, quality assurance, participant support, logistics coordination, and marketing contributions. The role is open at three levels — Intern, Specialist, or Lead — depending on the candidate's experience and scope of responsibility.
Key Responsibilities
- Contribute to designing program content
- Coordinate on-ground program execution
- Monitor execution quality and act on feedback
- Communicate with and support participants before, during, and after each program
- Coordinate logistics (venues, vendors, scheduling)
- Contribute to marketing content creation and distribution
Qualifications
- Based in Madinah
- Background or experience in one of: Marketing, Project Management, Education, Engineering, IT, Business Administration
- Open to all levels: Intern, Specialist, or Lead
- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks in parallel
- Good communication in Arabic and English
