Position: Program Manager-with PMP
The Program Manager has overall responsibility for cost, schedule, and technical performance of the operation. Accountable for production, supply, production control / planning, and quality management aspects of operation.
Provides direction and leadership to all site-assigned personnel.
Prepares and submits site labor/non-labor budgets, forecasts estimated costs, and controls subcontractors.
Controls service contracts in support of site operations.
Manages all department managers/staff assigned to site operations.
Manages and coordinates research and investigations into business problems.
Provides guidance and assistance related to operating problems and projects.
Oversees scheduling of work assignments and workloads in accordance with operational tasking and maintenance requirements.
Performs all other position-related duties as assigned or requested.
Requirements :
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field. Advanced degrees such as an MBA or related field are advantageous.
Certifications:
Relevant certification for this position is a Project Management Professional (PMP).
Clearance:
Must possess a Secret Security Clearance.
Significant experience in life support services and/or logistics management with a minimum of 15 years at the PM or Deputy PM level. Also, a minimum of 5 years within the last 10 years providing such services to large facilities or operations exceeding $10 Million annually. Experience in operations of $100 Million or more is highly desirable.
Financial Management:
Proficiency in budgeting, cost control, and financial analysis, with the ability to manage a large budget effectively and ensure cost-efficient service delivery. Experience with financial reporting, forecasting, and risk management is valuable.
