Program Manager – Education specialist Jobs in Dubai at Futures Abroad DMCC
As Partnership Manager, you’ll be the bridge between Futures Abroad and high schools, international schools, and universities across the UAE, Saudi Arabia, Qatar, and beyond. You’ll design and execute collaborative workshops, build strategic relationships, and create value for students, schools, and our university partners.
Key Responsibilities:
Partnership Development & Management
- Identify, approach, and cultivate relationships with high schools, international schools, and university partners across the GCC
- Negotiate partnership agreements and MOUs aligned with school needs and institutional goals
- Maintain and nurture long-term strategic relationships with school leadership and university contacts
- Track partnership performance and ROI metrics
Workshop Design & Execution
- Conceptualize and organize interactive workshops in collaboration with elite universities (e.g., MIT, Stanford, Cambridge, Penn, Cornell)
- Coordinate logistics: venue, speaker coordination, participant recruitment, marketing
- Manage end-to-end workshop execution—from planning to post-event reporting
- Create scalable workshop models (e.g., university discovery sessions, career pathways, admissions insights, profile-building intensives)
School & University Relationship Building
- Serve as primary contact for partner schools and universities
- Understand school priorities (student outcomes, profile building, test prep) and align Futures Abroad services
- Facilitate university speaker sessions, webinars, and campus interactions
- Support school counselors with resources and information on university expectations
Marketing & Communication
- Promote workshops and partnership initiatives across schools and to parents/students
- Create compelling collateral (emails, flyers, social posts) to drive participation
- Generate reports and case studies highlighting partnership impact and student outcomes
Program Coordination
- Manage workshop calendars, budgets, and resource allocation
- Coordinate with internal teams (counselors, content creators) to ensure quality delivery
- Track workshop metrics: attendance, student feedback, follow-up conversions, partnership value
Required Qualifications:
✅ 3-5 years of experience in the education sector in the Gulf region
✅ Proven track record of school partnerships, institutional relationships, or B2B education sales
✅ Deep understanding of GCC education landscape (international schools, curricula, decision-makers)
✅ Strong communication and relationship-building skills—both internal and external
✅ Experience organizing events, workshops, or large-scale programs
✅ Ability to work across diverse stakeholders (schools, universities, students, parents)
✅ Fluency in English; Arabic is a significant advantage
✅ Entrepreneurial mindset with ability to identify gaps and create solutions
✅ Results-driven and comfortable with metrics, reporting, and accountability
Preferred Qualifications:

⭐ Familiarity with Ivy League or Oxbridge institutional expectations
⭐ Background in education counseling or career guidance
⭐ Network of school leaders or university contacts in the GCC
