JASARA PMC is looking for a proactive and visionary Program Director to lead our initiatives in optimizing project execution and driving successful infrastructure developments throughout the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in program management and will be instrumental in steering multidimensional projects that align with our commitment to excellence and the goals outlined in Vision 2030.
Key Responsibilities
Provide strategic direction and leadership for the program management team, ensuring alignment with organizational goals
Oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of programs and projects on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards
Collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to define program scope, objectives, and success criteria
Manage relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, government entities, and partners, to promote effective communication and collaboration
Develop and maintain program performance metrics, providing regular updates to executive leadership on progress and outcomes
Identify risks and challenges within the program and develop proactive solutions to mitigate them
Foster a culture of continuous improvement and innovation within the program management team
Requirements
Master’s degree in Project Management, Construction Management, or a related field; PMP or equivalent certification is preferred
At least 15 years of professional experience in program management, with a strong emphasis on large-scale infrastructure projects
Proven expertise in managing diverse teams and delivering complex projects successfully
Excellent leadership, interpersonal, and communication skills to effectively manage stakeholder relationships
In-depth knowledge of project management frameworks and methodologies
Experience working in the Middle East, particularly within the Saudi Arabia construction landscape, is highly desirable
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with a results-oriented mindset
