Job Description

To oversee the day-to-day operations of the program, ensuring smooth coordination of all administrative tasks, communication with students, faculty, and external partners, and maintaining organized records. The Program Coordinator is responsible for supporting the Head of Program in managing all aspects of the program’s execution, ensuring it meets academic and administrative goals efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

Coordinating & sending emails to request quizzes schedules from all Program Heads.

Maintaining any needed approvals for all requests directed by Head of Program.

Keeping updated records of all program activities and updating it on the system on a daily basis.

Performing any other job-related duties as directed by Head of Program / Head of Department.

Maintaining security and integrity in all practices.

Receiving & directing all emails and monitoring the department correspondences.

Receiving program students and taking their requests.

Contacting external entities for different collaboration opportunities with the program.

Communicating and coordinating with different departments and units at the college.

Requirements

Education:

Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Health Administration, or a related field from a reputable university. Certification or specialized training in program management or relevant fields is a plus.

Skills:

Experience in handling administrative duties and providing support in a dynamic work environment.

Strong oral and written communication skills to effectively communicate with diverse groups.

Excellent organizational and administrative skills, with a strong ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks.

Ability to work independently while maintaining effective collaboration with team members and stakeholders.

Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities to handle unexpected issues and challenges.

Languages & Computer Knowledge:

Proficiency in both English and Arabic is preferred to communicate effectively with all stakeholders. Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and familiarity with relevant program management software and tools.
