About the Role
We are looking for a highly professional, well‑presented, and customer‑service‑driven Waitress to join our specialty coffee shop and restaurant team. The ideal candidate must have 5‑star hospitality experience, exceptional communication skills, and a passion for delivering memorable guest experiences.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide premium, 5‑star level service to all guests.
- Greet customers warmly and ensure a welcoming atmosphere.
- Take orders accurately and efficiently, ensuring attention to detail.
- Maintain excellent product knowledge (menu items, ingredients, specials).
- Serve food and beverages with professionalism and care.
- Ensure cleanliness and organization of the dining area at all times.
- Handle guest concerns politely and promptly.
- Work closely with the team to maintain smooth daily operations.
- Uphold company standards for service, hygiene, and presentation.
Qualifications & Skills
- Minimum 2–3 years of experience in a 5‑star hotel, fine dining restaurant, or premium café.
- Strong customer service orientation with a positive, energetic attitude.
- Excellent communication skills in English (Arabic is an advantage).
- Professional appearance and grooming standards.
- Ability to multitask and work under pressure.
- Team player with a strong sense of responsibility and commitment.
- Knowledge of specialty coffee is an advantage.
