Job summary
Consults on or leads technology and application projects to meet timeframe and quality specifications.
Job requirements
Providing guidance and expertise on IT processes, tools, technologies, and service improvement programs.
Recording and developing solutions for complex technology, processes and integration issues, for clients.
Leading a team in providing day-to-day technical, project and process support and expertise for internal and external clients.
Managing relationships with clients; keeping the consulting and management team abreast of client needs.
Engage with clients to understand their storage needs and business objectives.
Provide technical expertise in the design, deployment, and optimization of NetApp storage solutions.
Recommend best practices for data management, storage efficiency, and system performance.
Responsible for the day to day operation of the AI solution provided by NetApp.
Education
The PS Consultant need to be able to have fluent communication in English in order to engage with clients to understand their storage needs and business objectives.
Professional Services Consultant with 2+ years of experience in enterprise IT.
