Job Responsibilities:Sales & Business Development:
Identify and develop new business opportunities in the residential fitout sector.
Build and maintain strong relationships with homeowners, real estate developers, and contractors.
Conduct market research to identify trends and potential clients.
Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets.
Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals.
Client Relationship Management:
Manage the entire sales cycle from lead generation to project closure.
Provide expert consultation to clients on fitout solutions based on their needs and budget.
Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and handle client queries effectively.
Project Coordination & Collaboration:
Work closely with the design and project management teams to ensure smooth execution.
Coordinate with suppliers and vendors to ensure timely project delivery.
Monitor project progress and address any issues to ensure client expectations are met.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Sales, Interior Design, or a related field.
4-6 years of sales experience in the fitout/interior design industry (residential focus preferred).
Strong network within the UAE fitout and real estate industry.
Excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
Valid UAE driving license is a must.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: AED7,000.00 – AED9,000.00 per month
