Job Description:
We are looking for a detail-oriented Accounts Payable Executive with 1-2 years of experience to join our finance team. The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of accounting principles and hands-on experience in managing accounts payable processes efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
Review and verify invoices for accuracy, ensuring they match with purchase request forms, purchase orders, delivery notes, contracts, or other relevant documents with all the necessary approvals before processing.
Post all the invoices for relevant month into proper ledgers.
Reconciliation of vendor SOA with our internal SOA.
Maintain accurate ageing of all the vendors.
Organize, schedule and prepare payments to vendors, contractors, and suppliers
according to agreed-upon terms and due dates.
Maintain positive relationships with vendors, addressing any issues related to payments or disputes, and ensuring accurate payment records.
Prepare Bank reconciliation statements at every month end.
Petty cash management, and reconciliation of petty cash at the end of every week.
Prepare and maintain all relevant balance sheet schedules with proper bifurcations.
All the Vouchers (BPVs, CPVs, JVs, Purchase Vouchers etc) posted in the system must have valid supporting with approvals.
Proper Filing of all the Vouchers posted in the system.
Assistance in annual audit by providing supporting and other data required.
Requirements:
1-2 years of experience in accounts payable or general accounting.
Strong knowledge of accounting principles, ledger preparation, and bank reconciliation.
Experience with supplier communication (calls & emails) and vendor management.
Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Tally, SAP, or similar).
Excellent attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Immediate Joiners Preferred.

Pay: AED2,500.00 – AED3,000.00 per month
