Position: Professional Digital Marketer (Performance Marketing Specialist)-Urgent at Leaders Training Center
Apply for Professional Digital Marketer (Performance Marketing Specialist) – Immediate Hiring at Leaders Training Center, Doha, Qatar. Full‑time on‑site position with competitive salary of QAR 3,000–3,500 per month, working hours 9:00AM–6:00PM. Candidates must currently reside in Qatar.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage digital marketing campaigns across Meta, Google, Eurostaffs, Tik Tok, and other platforms.
- Create and optimize leads through paid advertising campaigns.
- Manage social media accounts for Sparkia and client portfolios.
- Create content calendars, captions, and campaign ideas.
- Monitor campaign performance and prepare reports.
- Coordinate directly with clients and manage multiple accounts.
- Create static social media designs and marketing creatives (preferred).
Requirements
- Proven 4–5 years experience in Digital Marketing and Social Media Management.
- Strong knowledge of Meta Ads Manager and Google Ads.
- Experience with lead generation campaigns.
- Excellent communication and account management skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects/clients and deadlines.
- Creative mindset with strong marketing understanding.
- Basic graphic design skills using Canva, Adobe Express, Photoshop, or similar tools.
Preferred Skills
- Agency experience.
- SEO knowledge.
