Job Description
Perform detailing services for both the interior and exterior of vehicles, following customer instructions.
Use specialized cleaners, waxes, and polishes to maintain and enhance the vehicle’s appearance.
Apply ceramic coatings and PPF to protect the vehicle’s paintwork.
Operate specialized cleaning tools, equipment, and machinery.
Provide excellent customer service and communicate effectively with owners to understand their needs, establish timing, and set budgets.
Promote and sell services and products to customers, including upselling detailing packages and products.
Desired Candidate Profile
Valid driving license
Strong sales skills with the ability to build customer relationships and upsell services.
Experience in car detailing, including waxing, polishing, ceramic coatings, and PPF application.
Knowledge of and experience with specialized cleaning tools and machinery.
Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently.
Excellent communication skills and customer-oriented mindset.
Additional skills in automotive care and maintenance are a plus.
