The Function Purpose
Grow and maximize the financial contribution of consumer banking through identifying new products and services, enhancing customers experience and journey under proper segmentation and right value proposition.
Main Responsibilities
Develop business plans for assigned products/brands specifications, pricing strategies, sales plans, and implementation strategies.
Manage products lifecycle.
Liaise with related departments to ensure the effective operation and production of new/revised products.
Conduct market research to ensure up to date alignment with consumer trends.
Conduct periodic reviews of interest rates and credit policies in the market.
Prepare offers, campaigns, and participate in conferences and exhibitions to expand the client’s database.
Ensure training is implemented on products design/specifications and selling strategies.
Report monthly and quarterly production to management.
Background
Bachelor’s degree.
Up to 3 years of relevant experience
