- Monitors production equipment downtime and report.
- Allocate and utilize the staff according to production plan.
- Ensures staffs are following daily procedures.
- Coordinates with maintenance to resolve immediate action on equipment failures.
- Coordinates with quality control and monitoring of production line to achieve quality standards set.
- Responsible for executing production plan.
- Ensure the filler down time measure and its operational tasks.
- Ensure the line productivity targets are achieved.
- Ensure the Production Productivity measure are manage.
- Ensure the Production Planning and Control are managed.
- Gather, crate and analyze production related reports.
- Provides direct supervision to assigned employees for the specific task given
- Provides mentoring and coaching for the staff
- Identify and work to resolve production related issues
- Provides direct supervision to assigned employees for the specific task given
- Provides mentoring, coaching, motivate and production staffs (during the assigned shift) to obtain the highest levels of productivity and optimum utilization of manpower, equipment and material.
- Evaluate the performance of production staffs (operators and production assistants)
- Look at avenues to improve line efficiency and people management
- Develops and recommends improvements of facilities, equipment, or procedures to improve safety, quality and efficiency
