Key Responsibilities
* Supervise and coordinate daily production activities for signage projects.
* Manage production schedules and ensure timely completion of projects.
* Review technical drawings, artwork, and specifications to ensure production accuracy.
* Prepare and support cost estimations for signage projects, including materials, labor, and production requirements.
* Monitor operational workflow and optimize production efficiency.
* Ensure all signage products meet company quality standards and client requirements.
* Coordinate with design, sales, and installation teams to ensure smooth project execution.
* Supervise production staff and provide guidance on fabrication and printing processes.
* Ensure proper usage and maintenance of production equipment and machinery.
