With decades of success, a strong project portfolio, and multiple state-of-the-art batching plants, this organisation plays a key role in delivering major infrastructure and construction projects across the region.
The Role
The Production Supervisor will support the Head of Production in managing the day-to-day operations of busy ready-mix concrete plants, ensuring production is efficient, safe, and consistently meets quality standards.
Key responsibilities:
• Supervise batching plant operations and production teams
• Ensure consistent output of high-quality concrete mixes
• Coordinate plant scheduling, maintenance, and logistics
• Drive health, safety & environmental compliance on site
• Liaise with technical teams, drivers, and site operations
• Monitor performance, troubleshoot issues, and optimise output
