About Us:
We are seeking dedicated and experienced Production Supervisors to join our team. We have openings for two specialized roles: one focusing on IQF Production and the other on the Delivery Area. The ideal candidates will have hands-on experience in seafood production, with a keen eye for quality control and adherence to safety standards.
Position 1: Production Supervisor – IQF
Key Responsibilities:
Ensure adherence to safety and hygiene regulations within the IQF production area.
Supervise seafood section operations, including IQF and Packing, while assisting the Main Supervisor.
Frequently check the glaze percentage, count, and weight of produced items to ensure product quality.
Monitor the treatment process of IQF products and conduct yield calculations.
Manage time efficiently to optimize workflow and ensure timely completion of tasks.
Supervise export packing, ensuring proper arrangement of raw materials and packaging materials before work begins.
Verify label accuracy for all packed products to meet compliance standards.
Manage auto-packing of IQF shrimps and oversee repacking of all seafood and breaded products for export and local distribution.
Position 2: Production Supervisor – Delivery Area
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee labor control, ensuring proper workforce allocation and adherence to company guidelines.
Monitor inventory and ensure accurate dispatch of finished products.
Coordinate with the logistics team to ensure timely deliveries.
Maintain documentation of outgoing shipments and ensure compliance with delivery standards.
Work closely with the warehouse team to manage stock rotation and minimize wastage.
Implement quality control measures to ensure proper handling of seafood products before delivery.
Supervise the loading and unloading process, ensuring efficiency and safety.
Requirements (Applicable for Both Positions):
Minimum of 2 years UAE experience in a similar role within the seafood industry.
Bachelor’s degree preferred.
Strong knowledge of IQF processing, packing operations, logistics, and yield calculations (based on position).
Excellent organizational and time management skills.
Strong leadership and communication skills to effectively manage teams.
Ability to work under pressure and meet production deadlines.
