We are seeking a dynamic, self-driven leader to independently spearhead the launch of a new product, particularly someone with a strong track record in launching and scaling products in the luxury, cosmetics, and fashion industries.
If you have successfully built and introduced high-end products or services to market and know how to drive brand growth, partnerships, and sales with minimal supervision, this role is for you.
What You’ll Do:
1. Product Launch & Market Expansion
Independently manage the entire product launch cycle—from concept to execution.
Lead launches in luxury, cosmetics, or fashion, ensuring strong market positioning.
Develop and execute a go-to-market strategy tailored for high-end consumer expectations.
Identify market gaps and build strategic partnerships within networks.
2. Branding & Marketing Strategy
Craft a compelling brand story and differentiation strategy
Oversee brand positioning, creative direction, and exclusive marketing activations.
Manage high-enddigital campaigns, influencer collaborations, and PR strategies.
3. Business Development & Partnerships
Establish relationships with top brands, retailers, and agencies.
Secure brand collaborations, sponsorships, and celebrity/influencer endorsements.
Lead negotiations with premium distribution channels and flagship retail partners.
4. Performance & Growth Optimization
Track key luxury market KPIs (brand reach, customer engagement, ROI).
Leverage consumer insights and data-driven strategies to refine positioning.
Continuously optimize campaign performance, pricing, and market expansion.
What We’re Looking For:
Proven track record of independently launching and scaling a product or service, ideally within luxury, cosmetics, or fashion industries.
Deep understanding of premium branding, marketing psychology, and consumer behavior in high-end markets.
Strong entrepreneurial mindset—able to take ownership, make strategic decisions, and drive results autonomously.
Excellent project marketing management skills, with expertise in crafting and executing go-to-market strategies.
Experience in digital marketing tools (Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, CRM, social media campaigns).
Ability to create and implement data-driven marketing and sales strategies to maximize impact.
Fluent in English (additional languages like French, Arabic, or Mandarin are a plus).
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related fields.

Pay: AED5,000.00 – AED7,000.00 per month
