Job Summary
The Production Supervisor will oversee daily production operations to ensure efficient workflow, timely output, and adherence to quality standards. The role includes supervising production staff, coordinating production plans, monitoring equipment and processes, and ensuring that production targets are met while maintaining safety and quality compliance.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Supervise day-to-day production activities and ensure smooth operation of the production line.
- Implement production plans and schedules to meet delivery timelines.
- Monitor production processes, identify bottlenecks, and take corrective actions.
- Coordinate closely with maintenance, quality, and planning teams for seamless operations.
- Ensure adherence to quality control standards and support QC checks throughout the process.
- Maintain accurate production records, reports, and documentation.
- Train, guide, and evaluate production staff to ensure high performance.
- Enforce workplace safety standards and ensure compliance with company policies.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance productivity and quality.
Mandatory Requirements
- 3-5 years of experience as a Production Supervisor or in a similar manufacturing role.
- Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering or related mechanical field.
- Strong knowledge of production planning and quality control (QC) processes.
- Good computer proficiency (MS Office, ERP systems).
- Effective communication and team coordination skills.
