Mahmood Saeed Beverage Industry is looking for an experienced Production Supervisor to oversee daily production operations and ensure manufacturing activities are carried out safely, efficiently, and in line with production plans and quality standards.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Supervise daily production, filling, and packaging operations to achieve production targets and operational efficiency.
- Lead production teams, organize shift schedules, and ensure compliance with quality, food safety, and company policies.
- Coordinate with Maintenance, Quality, and Planning departments to minimize downtime and ensure continuous production.
REQUIREMENTS
- Diploma / Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Industrial, Manufacturing Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience as a Production Supervisor in a manufacturing environment.
- Previous experience in the Food & Beverage manufacturing industry is highly preferred.
- Strong leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Office and English.
