Job Purpose:
Responsible for the supervising & control of industrial production process, Overseeing & organizing the work of the employee During his shift in the production areas.
- Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise daily production operations to achieve production targets.
- Lead, coach, and develop the production team.
- Ensure compliance with HACCP, GMP, and food safety standards
- Monitor KPIs including OEE, Yield, Waste, and Downtime.
- Coordinate with Maintenance, Quality, and Supply Chain teams. Requirements:
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Food Technology, Operations Management, or a related field.
- 3–5 years of experience as a Production Supervisor in FMCG or Food Manufacturing.
- Experience in protein processing (Poultry, Meat, Seafood, or Plant-Based Proteins) is preferred.
- Knowledge of HACCP, GMP, and ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, or similar).
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Comfortable working in a shift-based and refrigerated production environment.
