Operations Manager
Your role
and responsibilities
Prepares integration man-hour budget, oversees progress, and determines actions to address cost issues to manage operations within the budget and resources.
Develops programs, projects, goals, and metrics to lead the organization to the highest level of operational performance while optimizing working capital throughout operations.
Develops and executes plans to reduce non-value-added costs, increase revenues, and deliver products on time with high factory and supplier yields, decreasing product field failure rates.
Oversees the creation of manufacturing subcontracts and manages technicians jointly with other disciplines, including supply chain management, ensuring health and safety compliance and proper permits.
Collaborates with Operational Excellence teams to integrate lean manufacturing principles into production processes.
Ensures adherence to all internal and statutory regulations and policies.
Assesses risks and safety hazards, implementing plans to ensure safety of people and equipment.
Provides guidance, coaching, and mentoring to teams for their development.
Qualifications for the role
Diploma in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering, or
Industrial certification in Mechanical or Electrical fields.
10 to 12 years of experience in analyzer shelter integration, including electrical/mechanical equipment integration.
Knowledge of planning tools and production schedules.
Basic English communication skills required.
