- Complete accurate production reports, documenting output, scrap rates, and any operational incident
- Collaborate with other supervisors and departments to ensure smooth transitions between shifts and effective communication
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives, identifying opportunities for process optimization and waste reduction
- Handle minor maintenance tasks and coordinate with maintenance staff for larger repair
