Role Summary:
We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Sterile Manufacturing and Filling Technician tojoin our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for operating and maintaining equipment in a sterile manufacturing environment, ensuring the accurate and efficient filling of pharmaceutical products. The position requires a strong understanding of aseptic techniques, cGMP regulations, andquality controlprocedures.
Responsibilities:
Maintain Good Manufacturing and Good Documentation Practices.
Assist line operators to run the lines smoothly and maintain machine efficiency.
Perform changeovers and machine operations.
Return and take machine parts from the machine to storage when needed.
Preserve machines and parts during handling to prevent damages or breakage.
Perform and check the information printed/imposed in manufacturing, packaging, filling, and semi-products or materials.
Perform all work related to semi-products, filling, and packaging procedures as per standard operating procedures.
Enter data in logbooks and document on time.
Conduct machine maintenance.
Troubleshoot machines.
Prepare and set up equipment for sterile manufacturing and filling processes.
Weigh and measure raw materials using calibrated balances and scales.
Maintain accurate records and documentation of all procedures.
Participate in routine maintenance and calibration of equipment.
Adhere to all safety and quality standards.
Participate incontinuous improvementinitiatives.
Qualifications:
Diploma or equivalent; technical degree or certification in a related field is preferred.
Minimum 4 years experience in manufacturing and filling operations in the pharmaceutical industry.
Strong understanding of line clearance techniques and cleanroom procedures.
Familiarity with cGMP regulations andquality controlprocesses.
Excellentattention to detailandproblem-solving skills.
Ability to work in afast-paced environmentand prioritize tasks effectively.
Goodcommunication skillsand the ability to work collaboratively withcross-functional teams.
