We are seeking a talented individual to join our Events department as a Project Associate – Production  this senior role, you will play a key part in overseeing the production process for our events, ensuring seamless execution and top-notch quality.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to plan and execute production schedules
Manage and coordinate technical aspects of live events, including audio, lighting, and staging
Oversee vendor relationships and negotiate contracts for production services
Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations during events
Provide leadership and guidance to junior team members

Job Requirements
for Production Project Associate at MDLBEAST
To be considered for the Production Project Associate role at MDLBEAST in the Events department, candidates must meet the following requirements:
Degree in a relevant field
Minimum of 2 years of successful production management experience
Previous experience working in Saudi Arabia preferred
Experience in developing varied and engaging events
Experience in festival production
Proficiency in Vectorworks/Auto Cad beneficial
Proficient in Microsoft Power point and Excel
Experience in ongoing operational cost reduction and efficiency
Experience in tendering and supplier management
Excellent oral and written communication skills
Proven ability to lead and manage teams of production professionals
Proven International procurement ability
Excellent analytical and decision-making skills
Strong financial management skills
Fluent in English
