2.Workscope & Technical Documentation

  • Prepare and customize engine work packs / task cards in line with OEM data (e.g., CFM/GE/PW/RR), AD/SB/EO and Part-145.

5.WIP Control & Reporting

  • Publish daily progress reports (WOs aging, bottlenecks, NCRs, parts on order, QA hold points, test cell queue).
  • Drive daily Tier/stand-up meetings; escalate risks early with recovery plans.

6.Compliance & Quality

  • Ensure full compliance with Part-145, OEM, and airworthiness requirements.
  • Support internal/external audits; ensure documentation completeness for work order closure and release to service.

Required Qualifications & Experience (Must-Haves)

  • Proven experience preparing engine work packs and scheduling module-level tasks (e.g., Fan/LPC/HPC/HPT/LPT/Accessory Gearbox)
  • Hands-on use of MRO ERP (IFS, AMOS, RAMCO, TRAX, or Maintenix) for WO management, materials, and labor.
  • Strong knowledge of OEM engine data and airworthiness: AD/SB/EO, CMM/EM/ESM; Part-145 procedures.
  • Demonstrable man-hour estimation, capacity planning, and TAT management experience.
  • Excellent cross-functional communication; able to run daily WIP/tier meetings and drive actions.

Preferred / Nice-to-Have
