Responsibilities
Production order preparation:
Upon receipt of the sales order from customer service, perform production order preparation.
Fill the order preparation details in the order log.
Update the status of the order in the order log.
Send the order log to the concerned persons by e-mail.
Send cliché/cylinders check request to the printing section.
Handle plate receipt report from production and cylinder receipt report from warehouse and update artwork status in order log.
Responsible for material allocation for all orders based on updated stock position.
Responsible for creating item# for all products in product data base.
Responsible for preparing purchase orders for raw material from affiliates and follow up.
Responsible for preparing sample order & internal trial order preparation.
Authorities
Prepares the raw material requirements from affiliates.
Prepares the order preparation form.
