To coordinate customer orders from order confirmation through production, quality inspection, packing, and dispatch by working closely with customers and the production team to ensure every order meets the required specifications and quality standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate with the Production Team to ensure products are prepared exactly as per the approved order forms and customer requirements.
- Review order forms for completeness and accuracy before releasing them for production.
- Coordinate with customers regarding order details, artwork approvals, delivery schedules, and any changes or special requests.
- Monitor production progress and ensure orders are completed within the required timelines.
- Conduct a final inspection of finished products to verify they meet company quality standards and customer specifications.
- Check product appearance, finishing, decorations, weight, quantity, and packaging before dispatch.
- Coordinate with the packing team to ensure products are packed correctly, securely, and in accordance with company standards.
- Ensure all packaging materials, labels, messages, candles, accessories, and order-related items are included before dispatch.
- Report any quality issues, discrepancies, or production errors immediately and coordinate corrective actions.
- Maintain accurate order status and production records.
- Perform basic photo editing and image modifications using software such as Adobe Photoshop, Canva, or similar tools when required.
- Support the team with administrative and operational coordination tasks assigned by the reporting manager.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent qualification.
- 1–3 years of experience in order coordination, production coordination, customer service, or a similar role.
Required Skills
- Good computer knowledge, including Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
- Basic photo editing skills (Photoshop, Canva, or similar software).
- Strong communication and customer coordination skills.
- Good organizational and time management abilities.
- High attention to detail and quality.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple orders simultaneously.
- Strong coordination and problem-solving skills.
Pay: AED1,500.00 – AED2,000.00 per month
