Key Responsibilities:
Sales Support & Administration
· Assist the sales team in processing orders, quotations, and invoices.
· Maintain accurate records of customer transactions, sales reports, and inventory data.
· Ensure timely communication with clients regarding order status, deliveries, and after-sales support.
Customer Relationship Management
· Handle customer inquiries, ensuring prompt and professional responses.
· Coordinate with clients, understanding their requirements and liaising with the relevant department to provide accurate Information.
· Maintain correct and up to date details for each client with notes so Management can review on a regular basis (If & Where applicable)
Logistics & Order Management
· Coordinate with production, logistics, and suppliers to ensure smooth order fulfillment.
· Monitor stock levels and assist in stock reconciliation.
· Handle shipping documentation, customs paperwork, and export/import procedures if applicable.
Sales & Marketing Coordination
· Support sales campaigns, exhibitions, and trade shows by preparing materials and coordinating logistics.
· Potentially Assist in managing online and offline sales platforms including updating product listings.
· Collaborate with marketing teams for promotions, social media, and customer outreach.
Problem-Solving & Issue Resolution
· Address client concerns, troubleshoot challenges, and ensure seamless post-sale service.
Compliance & Documentation
· Ensure adherence to industry regulations, including certification and hallmarking standards.
· Maintain accurate records for auditing, including invoices, client KYC, and sales reports.
General Office & Team Support
· Assist in preparing reports, presentations, and market research.
· Handle administrative tasks such as scheduling meetings and maintaining sales records.
Coordination and Communication:
· Collaborate with sales, production, and procurement teams to ensure seamless operations.
· Communicate effectively with internal departments regarding stock status and requirements.
· Provide support during stock takes and inventory-related projects.
Security and Compliance:
Adhere to security protocols to safeguard valuable inventory.
Ensure compliance with industry regulations and company policies.
Participate in training programs related to inventory control and security.
Logistical Support
· Prepare shipment paperwork and liaise with sales coordinator for completion of order.
Qualifications:
· Previous experience in sales support, administration, or customer service (experience in jewelry, luxury goods, or gemstones is a plus!).
· Strong organizational skills and attention to detail—accuracy is key in this role!
· Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, you’ll be representing our brand to clients.
· Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-moving environment.
· A problem-solving mindset—you anticipate challenges and resolve them proactively.
· Proficiency in CRM systems, Excel, and sales/order processing tools.
· Passion for diamonds, sustainability, and client excellence!
· Bi-lingual in English

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: AED6,500.00 – AED9,500.00 per month
