🎯 Job Purpose
To accurately identify the company’s product needs and technical specifications, fully oversee local and international production and manufacturing operations, and maintain close monitoring of factories to ensure the highest quality standards and absolute compliance with regulatory requirements.
💼 Key Responsibilities
- Identify Needs & Specifications: Study and determine actual product demands, and establish precise technical and standard specifications for each product to ensure they meet requirements.
- Manage Manufacturing Operations: Fully supervise production and manufacturing processes inside and outside the Kingdom to guarantee the continuity and efficiency of supply chains.
- Factory Monitoring & Compliance: Maintain continuous coordination with local and international factories to ensure production matches the required specifications and governmental regulations.
- Design Team Integration: Collaborate closely with the company's design team to develop and update external and internal manufacturing processes.
- Strategic Planning: Establish strategic production and manufacturing plans, monitoring execution and adherence to specific timelines.
- Quality Control & Waste Reduction: Ensure quality standards are met across all production stages while improving operational efficiency and minimizing waste and costs.
- Team Leadership: Lead, manage, and distribute tasks within the production and manufacturing team, conducting periodic performance evaluations.
- Internal Coordination: Coordinate effectively with the procurement and warehousing departments to ensure the seamless flow of raw materials and finished products.
- Maintenance & Safety: Monitor the maintenance of production equipment and ensure strict adherence to safety, environmental, and quality protocols in the workplace.
- Reporting: Prepare detailed operational and production reports to be submitted directly to senior management.
📋 Qualifications & Requirements
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Operations Management, Business Administration, or any related field.
- Experience: Proven experience in production and manufacturing management, preferably within the gifts sector, outsourcing, and dealing with international factories.
- Systems & Tools: Proficiency in Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems (such as Odoo), Microsoft Office programs, and production management tools.
- Languages: Full fluency in both Arabic and English (written and spoken) to facilitate seamless communication and contracting with international factories.

- Exceptional negotiation and communication skills to build and manage long-term relationships with factories and suppliers.
- Strong analytical thinking and a high capacity to solve complex manufacturing and supply chain problems.
- Excellent organizational, time management, and project management skills.
- Comprehensive knowledge of regulatory standards, specifications, and policies issued by relevant government entities.

- Product Matching to Specifications: Minimum of 98% compliance.
- Timeline Adherence: Minimum of 95% adherence to production and supply schedules.
- Regulatory Compliance: 100% compliance with government and authority requirements (Zero violations).
- Cost & Waste Reduction Efficiency: Achieving at least 90% of the annual target.
- Internal Department Satisfaction: Minimum score of 4.5 out of 5 regarding quality and product availability.
- Contract & Technical Documentation Quality: Minimum of 95% accuracy in technical review and documentation.
