Production Manager – Professional Summary
A results‑driven Production Manager responsible for identifying company and factory needs for products and raw materials, overseeing end‑to‑end manufacturing operations locally and internationally, and ensuring seamless coordination to secure all production inputs. Committed to maintaining high‑quality standards, technical accuracy, and full compliance with timelines and regulatory requirements across all production lines.
Key Responsibilitie
s1. Materials Provisioning & Production Managemen
- tMaterials Procurement Coordination: Maintain continuous communication with the Procurement Department to secure all raw materials and manufacturing supplies with the required quality, quantities, and timelines
- .Manufacturing Oversight: Supervise all product manufacturing processes within the company’s factory and external facilities (local and international) to ensure operational continuity and efficiency
- .Daily Production Monitoring: Conduct on‑site follow‑ups across all production stages to ensure adherence to approved plans and technical specifications
- .Operational Inventory Control: Track raw material movement and availability in warehouses in coordination with procurement to prevent any production downtime
.2. Planning, Quality & Complianc
- eProduction Planning & Scheduling: Develop strategic and operational production plans and ensure strict adherence to delivery timelines
- .Design Integration: Collaborate closely with the Design Team to enhance and update manufacturing processes, transforming concepts into high‑quality, production‑ready products
- .Quality Assurance & Waste Reduction: Implement rigorous quality standards across all manufacturing phases while minimizing material waste and optimizing cost efficiency
- .Regulatory Compliance & Safety: Ensure all products and materials meet regulatory and governmental requirements, while overseeing equipment maintenance and factory safety procedures
.3. Leadership & Administrative Coordinatio
- nTeam Management: Lead and guide the production team, assign responsibilities, and conduct regular performance evaluations
- .Cross‑Department Coordination: Maintain effective communication between procurement, warehouses, design, and sales to ensure smooth product workflow
- .Operational Reporting: Prepare detailed production and operational reports covering progress rates and material consumption for senior management

Qualifications & Requiremen
- tsEducation: Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Operations Management, Business Administration, or a related fiel
