Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Production Manager – Joinery & Fit-Out, based in Sharjah. The role involves overseeing daily operations of the production floor, ensuring high-quality output and timely completion of projects. The Production Manager will coordinate with various departments to streamline production processes, manage resources, and ensure compliance with safety standards. Responsibilities also include supervising craftsmanship, managing project timelines, and ensuring effective communication among team members.
Qualifications
- Strong knowledge of joinery (wood working manufacturing) and fit-out processes, craftsmanship, and production techniques
- Experience in project management and ability to oversee production schedules
- Skills in resource management, team supervision, and coordination
- Understanding of safety regulations and quality standards in production
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills (proper English)
- Ability to work on-site
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in a relevant field
- Previous experience in a managerial role within the joinery and fit-out industry is a plus
