We are seeking an experienced Production Manager to oversee factory operations, ensuring efficient production, quality standards, and timely project delivery.
Responsibilities:
- Manage daily production activities and factory workflow.
- Plan and monitor production schedules.
- Lead and supervise production teams.
- Ensure quality control and minimize material wastage.
- Coordinate with project, design, and procurement teams.
- Monitor productivity, costs, and deadlines.
- Maintain safe and efficient factory operations.
Requirements:
- Minimum 5 years of experience in joinery, furniture, or fit-out manufacturing.
- Strong knowledge of production processes and factory management.
- Experience managing teams and meeting project deadlines.
- Ability to read shop drawings and technical specifications.
Pay: From AED8,000.00 per month
