Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced and dedicated Site Supervisor to oversee the installation of office partition glass. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing all on-site activities, ensuring timely project completion, leading a team of workers, and maintaining excellent communication with clients.
Key Responsibilities:
Supervise Installation: Oversee the installation of office partition glass at various client sites, ensuring quality and compliance with project specifications.
Project Management: Ensure that each project is completed on time and within budget. Handle any issues that arise during installation efficiently.
Client Interaction: Maintain effective communication with clients, ensuring their satisfaction and addressing any concerns or queries promptly.
Reporting: Provide regular updates to management regarding the project’s progress, challenges, and completion status.
Team Leadership: Offer guidance and support to team members to ensure high productivity, quality workmanship, and motivation.
Requirements:
UAE Driving License (mandatory)
Fluent in English and Hindi
Strong communication and interpersonal skills for effective client interactions
Proven experience in site supervision and installation of office partition glass or similar projects
Ability to lead and manage a team effectively
Good knowledge of safety regulations and site management practices
Problem-solving skills and ability to handle site challenges promptly
Time management and the ability to ensure projects are completed on time
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
Preferred Qualifications:
Previous experience in glass installation projects or related field.
