Job Overview
We are seeking an experienced Factory Production Manager to oversee the complete daily operations of our custom furniture and interior production facility. You will be fully responsible for end-to-end factory management, including workforce supervision, material procurement, project scheduling, and logistics.
Key Responsibilities
- Factory Management: Oversee daily operations, workflows, and strict quality control for custom furniture pieces.
- Labor Supervision: Manage and schedule the factory labor force (carpenters, painters, technicians), assigning tasks and maximizing productivity.
- Material Procurement: Handle full material sourcing, purchasing, and inventory control to prevent any production delays.
- Project Scheduling: Plan and execute production timelines to ensure multiple ongoing client projects are completed on schedule.
- Logistics: Coordinate incoming raw materials and the safe transport/delivery of finished products to sites.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Production/Factory Manager in a high-end furniture manufacturing or interior joinery factory.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage labor teams and handle procurement.
- Excellent scheduling, multitasking, and problem-solving abilities.
- Deep understanding of furniture production processes and materials.
