Job Description
The Production Manager will be responsible for planning, organizing, and managing all production activities within the façade manufacturing facility. The successful candidate will ensure production targets are achieved efficiently while maintaining quality, safety, and cost control. This role requires close coordination with engineering, procurement, quality, and project teams to ensure timely project delivery.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan, organize, and supervise daily production operations.
- Ensure production targets are met within scheduled timelines and quality standards.
- Coordinate with engineering, procurement, and project teams to support project execution.
- Manage production schedules, manpower allocation, machinery, and material utilization.
- Monitor productivity and implement continuous process improvements.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and quality regulations.
- Identify production issues and implement effective corrective actions.
- Prepare production reports and present operational updates to management.
- Lead, train, and evaluate production staff to improve performance.
- Monitor inventory levels and minimize material wastage.
Requirements
- 5–7 years of experience in the façade manufacturing industry.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Sound knowledge of façade systems, fabrication, and installation processes.
- Excellent planning, problem-solving, and organizational abilities.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Candidates currently available in the UAE and ready to join immediately will be preferred.
