Key Responsibilities:
Lead and manage the reservations team to ensure efficient and effective handling
Ensure all reservations are processed accurately and in a timely manner
Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues related to reservations
Implement and maintain reservation policies, and procedures
Work closely with the sales and contracting teams
Provide regular feedback to the reservations team
Requirements:
Only Female candidate
Minimum of 3 years of experience in a reservation’s role is mandatory
Organizational skills
Strong communication & customer service skills
Proficient in reservations software & Microsoft Office
Ability to handle challenging situations
BA in Hospitality or related field is preferred
