Kustom Deco Furniture Trading LLC is looking for a motivated and results-driven Female Sales Representative to join our team in Dubai. This role involves identifying new business opportunities, generating leads, and closing sales to drive revenue growth. The ideal candidate will build strong client relationships, provide excellent customer service, and showcase our premium, customizable furniture solutions.
Responsibilities
Identify and qualify leads through cold calling, networking, and referrals
Conduct sales presentations and product demonstrations
Understand customer needs and recommend suitable furniture solutions
Negotiate terms and close sales to meet or exceed targets
Maintain relationships with customers and ensure satisfaction
Stay updated on industry trends, competitors, and market conditions
Maintain records of sales activities in the CRM system
Participate in sales meetings and training sessions
Qualifications
Female candidate preferred
Proven experience in sales, preferably in the furniture or home décor industry
Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
Ability to build rapport and establish trust with customers
Goal-oriented with a focus on achieving sales targets
Proficiency in CRM software and sales tools
Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field (preferred)
Flexibility to work evenings or weekends based on customer availability
